Each of these was written before this Dossier existed. None of them were written for it. That is the point of a receipt — it exists whether or not you are reading it. More can be added as the record is mined. Nothing on this list is a promise. All of it is on file.
08The mechanism — not the mood
Frankness is credible only when it has nothing to hide. Here is what “no founder dependency” means in structure — not in slogans.
No extraction as the product — The posture is zero founder drain. Verify behaviour on-chain; do not take anyone’s word.
Distributed liquidity — Many pairs, not one throne-pool. A web is harder to abandon than a single vault narrative.
Bond as stored intention — Liquidity locked in relationship is a public postulate: we stay coupled across time.
Media independent of mood — Books, posts, and artifacts exist whether a founder is loud or quiet.

09The cost ledger
Bravado claims truth without cost. Frankness names the cost.
Even those who agree with you often want a price for that courage. Agreement is not support. Support costs what many will not pay. So the frank person pays alone — or builds a room where paying alone is no longer required.
Fees not taken — Extraction was available as a path. It was not chosen as the identity of the project.
Growth not bought — Attention was not purchased with promises the structure could not keep.
Smaller room, longer room — Honesty is slower than hype. The community that remains is the one that can survive another quiet season.
No moon script — Price was never offered as the product. Some people leave when they hear that. That is the filter working.
Frankness does not attract everyone faster. It attracts the right people sooner — and releases the wrong ones earlier.

A document about frankness that never admits uncertainty is only tone.
Named in public. We do not know how long accumulation lasts. We do not know whether expansion lands on the timeline anyone hopes for. We do not know whether the market recognizes structure before price moves — or after, or never. We are telling you the structure anyway.
Only risk what you can hold through silence as well as noise.
11The asset that carries the liquidity
This is where EROS stops being another coin and becomes something the rest of the space is not yet building.
Most NFTs are pictures. Most game items are metadata. Most virtual objects are decoration. In EROS, the object can carry the money. Not a symbol of value — the value itself, locked inside, verified on-chain.

The bridge is not only for coins. It is for people. Every ERC-20 that crosses to PRC-20 is a step. But every builder who finds a home on the other side is a whole neighbourhood.

People who build because the thing they made deserves to exist — not because the market is warm.

People who stay because they helped make it. Not exit liquidity — co-authors.
